Sahil Thakur is, at his core, a true foodie. Long before Rare Minute existed, he was the person exploring every street stall, every restaurant, and every kitchen he could find — obsessing over flavours, textures, and the stories behind every dish.
His love for food wasn't just about eating — it was about understanding what makes a meal memorable. He spent years experimenting with flavour combinations, blending the boldness of Italian cuisine with the energy of fast food, always asking: "What if this tasted even better?"
